Repairs

When you call us to have your A/C repaired, you will get a friendly person setting you up with a time block for the technician to arrive.  We will then call you when the technician is in route to meet you at the property.  The technician will listen to your air conditioning problems and concerns.  He will find the problem, check the whole system and the operation so you can be confident knowing the condition of your system, and fix the problem with your approval as quickly as he possibly can.
All of our repairs are backed by a one year warranty.

Maintenance

Maintenance is important to maximize the life of your system, prevent emergency repairs and reduce energy usage.

Maintenance includes:

  • Washing the outdoor coil -  This lowers the head pressure and reduces the electric power need to run the compressor
  • Rinsing the indoor coil – This cleans away small particles that made it past the air filter and reduces microbial growth.
  • Cleaning out the drain pan & drain line – this prevents the float switch from turning the system off and prevents water damage.
  • Checking the operation of the system including taking readings of pressures, tempatures, motor amp draws,  and the capacitors – this helps to find problems that are underlying so they can be corrected before they become emergencies.

Inspections

An inspection of your A/C system will give you a good idea of the overall condition of your system.  If your system is working but running all the time then an inspection would let you know if something is wrong with the system.  If your electric usage has increased then any inspection will help if there is a hidden problem with your system.  Call today and schedule an appointment.
