Thank you for sending Addison out to our Commodore condo. It was a joy to watch him do such a great job. His diligence, patience and concern showed us the kind of company he is proud to work for. I will call on you in the near future for cleaning two more a/c’s.

…professional work and attitude…

I would like to express my appreciation for the professional job Tim Benjamin A/C Inc has preformed for us. About a year ago I found them on the Internet and based on positive customer comments I called them. I was impressed enough with the service and fair pricing to enroll in their maintenance program. They reminded me when I was due for a service. Expecting a minimal service, I was very impressed that the Tech spent an hour checking the compressor and air handler ensuring our unit was working properly. They did not attempt to “up-sell” goods and services as some companies do. I believe in “customer comments” to share positive and negative experiences, this is the only way consumers can let others know about unacceptable companies. I feel this is a local company that takes pride in the service they provide and that they care about their customers, unlike some of the large companies that are in our area. I would expect you would have a positive experience as we did.

…nothing but praise…

I had a patient come into my office last week and she began to discuss Tim Benjamin from Tim Benjamin a/c. She stated how wonderful Tim had been and how he took care of her air conditioning issues. She had nothing but praise for his service and was recommending him to all her neighbors. I then shared my story with her about my experience.
About a month ago my air conditioning unit stopped working at my office. This occured in the morning and I called Tim Benjamin in hopes he could fix it prior to my patient’s arrival. He stopped by my office to assess the situation and give recommendations to get the unit running. After following his recommendations, I was able to fix the unit and continue treating patients. He did not charge me for the advice or his valuable time. I found out later that he had lost the use of a truck due to repair issues that day and had a full day of business on the books. He still took the time out to assist me and I am grateful for his professionalism and going the extra step, even though he was fully engaged in a busy business day.

Tim has always been a sincere professional, who educates you on your system and how it should be working. Tim Benjamin has proven time and again that any referral I give him will be treated with respect, educated on what they need and given a fair price.
